The Conference Committee Report (page 2836) recommending the                   
adoption of:                                                                   
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32                                           
An Act relating to administrative proceedings                                 
involving a determination of eligibility for a                                 
permanent fund dividend or authority to claim a                                
dividend on behalf of another; and providing for an                            
effective date.

Senator Halford moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                     
Committee Report, thus adopting CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE                        
BILL NO. 32.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved that the motion to adopt the Conference                    
Committee Report be held to the next calendar.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
allowed to withdraw his motion.  Without objection, it was so
